Our commitment

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely accepted standard for accessible websites. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep improving the site as we build and refine it.

What we do

We build this site with these things in mind:

• Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can follow the page.
• Text descriptions (alt text) for meaningful images.
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus styles for interactive elements.
• Labeled forms and clear link text.
• Color and contrast chosen for readability.
• Reduced-motion support for animated content, including the homepage video.
• A responsive layout that works across phones, tablets, and desktops.

Known limits

Some content, such as embedded videos, maps, or third-party tools like our live chat, may not yet fully meet every standard. We treat accessibility as a continuing effort and address issues as we find them or hear about them.
