"Complete landscaping services that exceed all expectations. J&G has landscaped completely transformed my 1/2 acre property, including creek. They are the best in the business. The crews are extremely respectful and trustworthy, and very well trained. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and have come to rely on them for "only in Humboldt" problems--snow blocking the driveway, fallen tree branches, etc. They had to create and engineer a draining system for my property, since it drains the hills behind me. There solution was ecologically very clever. Epic work. I don't know what I would do with out them. Missy, Rodrigo, Kyle and Mike Brown receently had to support a 2 foot diameter branch on a 100+ year old cypress tree, that was dropping due to the weight of the foliage after growth this spring. I thought I might lose the branch, and have a whole in the tree canopy, but they solved the issue with their ingenuiy on the project. Bottom line? They are best, and I appreciate them very much."

"We love the transformation from junky jungle to elegant and peaceful haven. Our house had a rotting fence, drainage problems in the backyard, and overgrown trees and bushes in both the front and backyard. It was a bit overwhelming. I was impressed that from the time I talked to Allison to when they began the work, it was only two weeks. Once they started the job, they worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the work that Mike and his team did to put in the new fence (a beautiful redwood fence with four gates!), install a new French drain (and refurbish the pre-existing French drain), and then tackle the overgrown landscaping and aging sprinkler system. Everyone that worked on the project was professional and friendly, and they put a lot of thought into the work that they were doing. The yard just gets better everyday. Thank you J&G!"

"We are so pleased with the work that J&G Lawn and Garden completed on our property! The cost was reasonable for the work that needed to be completed and it was a LOT of work. The quality of work was excellent, timely, and we were grateful for their attention to detail. The staff are responsive and friendly. We highly recommend them to others and will definitely continue to use their services for regular lawn care and larger landscaping projects."

"Clean, efficient and fast!!! Love coming home to a fresh, clean cut. Highly recommend for your yard and landscaping needs."

"My yard was a mess-a losing battle with weeds so I called J&G to ask about a cleanup and landscaping design. I was impressed from the first phone call with the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff. Allison viewed my property and drafted a great design and a few weeks later my exterior property was transformed into an aesthetically pleasing environment that I’m no longer embarrassed for people to see. Mike and Will and the other workers were very professional and diligent and I really appreciate the extras they did like fixing broken hinges on gates. Allison is a great designer! I look forward to working with the company in the future for routine maintenance."

"I'm so impressed with J & G. From the first walk through to the final outcome, everyone has been on time, efficient, and most importantly friendly. Design changes were made quickly and my ideas were taken into account while also explaining how everything worked together. The crew that showed up for the work were professional, hard working, and easy to communicate with, while adding just the few extra touches I didn't know I needed. My dog also loved seeing them every morning for a little play time while they set up for the day. The final outcome of the job is just beautiful. We kind of miss having them here every day transforming my back yard into a visual delight."

"Love this hardworking local crew! These guys and gals are top notch! Support local business!"

"We are celebrating our 3rd anniversary with J and G and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. A park like setting has been crafted and maintained by their skilled and dedicated team. We have a 3/4 acre property with hillsides and lawns and native plants. Plus a gravel path that circumvents the backyard. Pruning is standard as well as weeding. We are fortunate to have Jeremy and his crew every other week. They work hard and efficiently. The entire company team is dedicated to service and support. We look forward to many more years with this excellent organization. Thank you J and G."

"I have worked with J&G for 4 years. They provide routine yard maintenance and have also installed two lawn areas with irrigation and a couple of flower beds. Their crews are hardworking, helpful and always friendly. The crew leader always checks with me to see what's needed. I recommend J&G for any of your landscaping needs."

"We loved working with J&G Lawn and Garden. Allison made it so easy she worked with us to create a new low maintenance & artistic landscaping look!"

"The entire experience was wonderful starting with the designer-Alison listening and providing feedback to meet my goals. The team was very hard working and saw to it that they also completed the scope of work. I really appreciated that some of the removal of aloe vera was repurposed/reused. I'm planning on continuing in one area w/design in the spring of 2027 and plan to reach out to Alison again."

"Mike and his crew were excellent! Very professional, clean, and neat!"

"J & G Lawn & Garden is absolutely wonderful. I worked as a property manager for a local shopping center. The shopping center owners were wanting quotes and ideas for the upcoming years to budget accordingly. J & G met with us many times, were very patient, gave the property owners wonderful ideas and great recommendations. I am no longer doing real estate but regardless I recommend J & G to everyone I know because of the wonderful experience I had with them. Their amazing team is absolutely wonderful!"

"J&G has been taking care of our property for many years. We have watched the company grow from 1 or 2 trucks to a huge fleet. They have many commercial accounts, but haven't forgotten the small private properties. We highly recommend their services, large or small. They maintain as well as create. They are professional, caring, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Richard & Shirlene"

"Super helpful and friendly crew! One day, I was unloading my trailer by myself at the green waste facility, and a J&G crew came to dump their load, they also helped me, they didn’t have to do it, but they did it just because they could. It was very nice and saved me a ton of time. They were well equipped, and even blew the debris out the back of my trailer for me. :D"

"J&G has been taking care of our extensive gardens for over 7 years. They are absolutely the best! Kevin and Tim, two of their gardeners, are just the nicest, most courteous, young men. Today they came to do our usual mowing and lawn care, etc; and went way above and beyond to clean something extra for me that was driving me nuts. Prices are reasonable, their service is always perfect, AND every one of their employees is exemplary."
