Whether you're reworking one corner of your yard or building the landscape for a brand-new custom home, J&G designs it and builds it under one roof. Our in-house landscape designer plans the space with you, then our crews install it. We handle large- and small-scale renovations and custom construction of every size.
Design and build, one team
Our landscape designer works full-time, in-house. Your design and your install come from the same crew, so nothing gets lost in a handoff and there's no outsourced design markup. No other contractor in the tri-county area keeps design on staff like we do.

- Do you design and build, or just one or the other?
- Both, under one roof. Our landscape designer draws the plan and our own crews build it, so you're working with one team from the first sketch to the last plant.
- Can you handle a whole new-construction landscape?
- Yes. We do full landscapes for brand-new custom homes, from grading and drainage to planting, hardscape, and irrigation, plus fencing if you want it built in.
- Do you build fences too?
- We do. Fencing folds right into a design-build project, wood, vinyl, metal, or custom, so it matches the rest of the landscape instead of looking bolted on.
- Where does J&G handle design-build?
- Across all three counties we serve: Humboldt, Del Norte, and Mendocino. We work from Eureka, Arcata, and Fortuna to Crescent City, Ukiah, and the smaller communities in between.
